Shipping (details)

• EU: Delivery in 1-4 business days
  
• UK, Switzerland & Norway: Delivery in 3-5 business days. Duties and taxes handled at checkout. 
  
• Rest of the world: Delivery in 3-6 business days. Duties and taxes handled at checkout. 

All orders dispatch within 1 business day. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on opened adhesive products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or a fault appears later, email hello@skindelle.com and we’ll make it right. Under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021) we are responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within three years of delivery. You can ask for a repair or replacement, a price reduction, or to end the purchase for a refund. If the fault appears within 30 days of delivery, you can ask for an immediate replacement or a refund. These rights apply to opened products too. Full details are in Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
